Our services are primarily available within our defined service zones. Additional fees may apply for out-of-area services.

3. User Responsibilities

a. Account Creation

To book a service, users must create an account providing accurate and complete information including name, contact details, and payment info.

b. Conduct

Users agree to behave respectfully towards our staff and to comply with local laws and regulations during the ride.

c. Cancellations & Modifications

Bookings may be canceled or modified within the time frame outlined during the booking process. Late cancellations may incur charges.

4. Payment Terms

a. Pricing

All pricing is calculated based on distance, vehicle type, time, and additional services such as waiting time, tolls, and luggage.

b. Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Debit Cards, Stripe, PayPal, and Cash on Pickup. Payment must be completed prior to or at the time of the ride.

c. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our cancellation terms and will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Limitations of Liability

Royal Maple shall not be liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control. We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings during the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Royal Maple website including logos, text, images, and graphics is the intellectual property of Royal Maple and may not be used without permission.
